You can return your items in 14 days after receiving the order. The items must be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged with labels, and in the original packaging.

We advise that you always try the items before washing them.

Send the items that you want to return to our address and we will arrange the refund. You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your items.

The shipping expenses to our warehouse are covered by the customer. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the package. You will receive the refund in the same way your payment has been made.
