We do our best to keep our items flawless, but it may happen that an item has a factory error.
All of our items are tested and we 100% stand behind them. All items with factory errors will be replaced on our expanses. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the money.
You will receive a confirmation email, to which you reply with the photos of the errors.
You don't need to send the items to us yet. If the issue is clear, we may confirm the reclamation based on your photos. If we will need additional evidence, we will contact you.
If reclamation is accepted, we will send you a replacement for the item. If we don't have the item on stock, we will refund you the money.
