What is the approximate delivery time?

We always do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you have placed an order for an item that is on stock, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days, depending on your country. If you have preordered an item, you can find the delivery date in the item description.

How to choose correct size?

You will find a size guide next to each item. In the description, there is also noted the size and height that our model wears. If you are between sizes, we advise you choose a bigger size.

When will the items be back on stock?

If the item is not in stock, you can choose the number and leave your e-mail next to it. That way, we will be able to notify you as soon as the item will be back in stock.

What are the payment options?

We offer direct bank transfer, cash on delivery (depends on country), and card payment over Stripe or PayPal gateway, but there may be additional payment providers offered depending on the country you are ordering from.

Returns & refunds

How can I exchange my items?

You can exchange your items 14 days after receiving the order. The items must be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged with labels, and in the original packaging. Send the items to our address. Beforehand please check if the wanted items for exchange are in stock.

Product exchange procedure:

  1. Fill out the form at this link: FORM
  2. You will receive a confirmation of completion of the online form at your e-mail address. This e-mail will contain a form in PDF format which you can print (or copy on a piece of paper if you do not have a printer) and be sure to attach it to the package with the returned products.

  4. Wait for our answer. We will contact you via email.

Who covers the shipping cost in case of exchange?

The shipping to our warehouse covers the buyer, while the shipping back to the buyer covers Aeon Athletics Group.

I have received damaged item, how does reclamation work?

We do our best to keep our items flawless, but it may happen that an item has a factory error. All of our items are tested, so we stand behind 100%. All items with factory errors will be replaced on our expanses. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the money.

Product return procedure:

  1. Fill out the form at this link: FORM – BE SURE TO ATTACH PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT
  2. You will receive a confirmation of completion of the online form at your e-mail address. This e-mail will contain a form in PDF format, which you will attach to the returned product, if necessary.
  3. Wait for our answer. We will contact you via email.

Your reclamation will be reviewed as soon as possible. You will receive an answer if your reclamation was accepted and an estimated time when you will receive a replacement for the item.

How can I return my items?

Contract withdrawal is possible in 14 days upon receipt of the items. The items need to be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged, with labels, and in the original packaging. We advise that you always try the item before washing it.
