READ BEFORE SUBMITTING: We do our best to keep our items flawless, but it may happen that an item has a factory error. All of our items are tested, so we stand behind 100%. All items with factory errors will be replaced on our expanses. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the money.

READ BEFORE SUBMITTING: Contract withdrawal is possible in 14 days upon receipt of the items. The items need to be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged, with labels, and in the original packaging. We advise that you always try the item before washing it. Send the items that you want to return to our address with this form and we will arrange the refund. The shipping expenses to our warehouse are covered by the customer. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package. You will receive the refund in the same way the payment has been made. If you choose the refund in form of a coupon, you will receive it within 7 days of receiving the package.
